Generally, volatile
organic compound is used as solvent for
coating material to form even and thin
functional coating film. For this type of
material, organic solvents such as toluene
and xylene are used as one of main
constituents, which have a negative effect
on neurobehavioral capability and
reproductive development by direct
inhalation and exposure of human body to
them. There are also other types of possible
health-related problems, including the
generation of photochemical oxidant that
causes photochemical reaction in the air,
and increasing cases of sensitivities by
chemical substance.
Furthermore, as
coating materials are frequently used near our
living circumstances such as in house
repainting, they may also cause odor annoyance.
At the same time, there is a concern on the
effect of chemical substance contained in
synthetic resin, as well as the effect on the
environment caused by heavy-metal compound
containing lead and chrome as in case of some
types of anticorrosive coating.
Our product
Adgreencoat is a fine solution for these issues:
it is water-based paint and is not physically or
chemically noxious. problems. It has been
produced by the original technical development
(VMC method) of Admatechs Co., Ltd. It contains
ultrafine particles of silica as unique
ingredient, which has a special characteristics
of having globular form with sharp grain size
distribution, high purity wth little ionic
impurities, being imperforate and excellent in
dispersibility. Adgreencoat has been produced as
coating material excellent in high reflective
function, exhaust heat emission function,
weather-proof and durability.
The excellent
function of Adgreencoat allows suppressing
heat-island phenomenon by cutting light, heat
and ultraviolet, and also by preventing increase
of coated surface temperature. Also, it allows
to reduce CO2 in schemd manner (energy-saving
action) by controlling energy consumption
through effectively restraining the increase of
the internal heat. Adgreencoat is a product to
reduce load to the environment, which is
intended to contribute to building a sustainable
society.
